About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for international clients.
Provide voice support in Gujarati and English.
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining process compliance.
Accurately document customer interactions and follow process guidelines.
Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.
Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction during every interaction.

Eligibility Criteria
Maximum age limit: 40 years.
Fluency in Gujarati is mandatory.
Strong English communication skills are required.
Must be comfortable working in night shifts.




Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
