We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager for our premium residential real estate project in Kharar, Mohali. If you have a strong background in residential property sales, excellent closing skills, and a passion for achieving targets, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads into successful property sales.
Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and channel partners.
Follow up with leads and guide customers through the complete sales process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Coordinate with the marketing and management teams to maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales (mandatory).:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.




Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Good understanding of the Mohali and Tricity real estate market.
Robust customer relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
