We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support both our talent acquisition and compliance functions. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to the complete employee lifecycle—from hiring top talent to ensuring smooth HR documentation and compliance.

You'll work closely with the HR team and gain practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee records, statutory compliance, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Support HR compliance activities, including statutory documentation (PF, ESIC, labour law records) and policy adherence.
Assist with employee onboarding, document collection, background verification, and HR documentation.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and provide day-to-day support for HR operations.

Requirements:
Prior internship experience with recruitment or HR operations.




Basic understanding of Indian labour laws, PF, ESIC, and HR compliance.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
