What youll do
Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
Ensure the restaurant/bar area are H&S; compliant for each shift.
Run the daily briefing for the restaurant & bar team.
Coordinate and run the reservations system.
Draft floor plan based on covers.
Support with F&B; stock; ordering and stock counts.
Support with training for the F&B; team.
Labour scheduling.
Cash handling and daily reporting of revenues as per hotel SOPs.
Responsible for the service on the floor
