About the Role

Midnight Solutions LLP is looking for a Quality Executive to support quality control and food safety across our manufacturing operations. The role will involve working closely with R&D;, Production and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality checks of raw materials, packaging and finished products:
Perform IPQC checks during production
Monitor product parameters such as weight, moisture, taste, texture and appearance
Ensure production follows approved SOPs, specifications and formulations:
Identify and report quality deviations
Maintain quality records, checklists and batch documentation
Support implementation of GMP, GHP and HACCP:
Monitor food safety and contamination risks




Coordinate with production and third-party manufacturers on quality issues

Requirements:
B.Tech/B.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology or related field:
Freshers welcome; up to 1 year of relevant experience preferred
Basic knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GHP and food safety:
Positive communication and documentation skills
Robust attention to detail
Willingness to travel to manufacturing facilities when required
