We are looking for a agile Business Head to lead our Lucknow Center, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth
Own the overall business performance and revenue targets of the center.
Develop and execute strategies to maximize admissions and revenue.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly business KPIs and take corrective actions when required.
Identify local market opportunities and implement growth initiatives.
Sales & Admissions
Lead the counselling and sales teams to achieve admission targets.
Drive conversion of inquiries into enrollments through structured sales processes.
Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.




Ensure an exceptional experience for prospective students and parents.
Operations Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center.
Ensure smooth coordination between Academic, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams.
Maintain high standards of infrastructure, student services, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Team Leadership
Recruit, mentor, and manage center staff.
Set transparent performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer satisfaction.
Coach team members to improve productivity and service quality.
Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, coaching partners, and local influencers.
Resolve escalations professionally and ensure high satisfaction levels.
