Job Description - Compliance Officer

Location: Nadiad, Gujarat
Position: Compliance Officer
Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Relevant Experience)
CTC: Up to ₹6.5 LPA (Based on Experience & Interview Performance)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Maintain and improve the organization's Quality Management System (QMS).
Plan, conduct, and coordinate internal audits and support external certification audits.
Prepare, review, and maintain compliance-related documentation, SOPs, manuals, and records.
Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with ISO standards and statutory requirements.
Conduct compliance training and awareness sessions for employees.
Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare audit reports, compliance reports, and management review documents.




Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Compliance, Quality Assurance, or Quality Management role.
Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or ISO/IEC 17020 Lead Auditor (mandatory).
Valuable understanding of Quality Management Systems, internal audits, CAPA, risk assessment, and documentation.
Robust knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in Third-Party Inspection (TPI), Inspection Agencies, or Engineering Services will be an added advantage.
Ability to manage multiple compliance activities simultaneously.
Robust problem-solving and organizational skills.
Attention to detail with a proactive approach toward quality
