Key Responsibilities
Provide product support and resolve complex customer or internal queries.
Conduct product training sessions and maintain knowledge resources.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams.
Support product launches, feature rollouts, and user adoption initiatives.
Gather customer feedback and recommend product improvements.
Participate in UAT, product testing, and quality validation activities.
Monitor product performance, usage trends, and key metrics.
Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.

Required Skills:
Robust product knowledge and analytical skills.
Experience in customer support, product training, or business operations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to create documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
