Position: Plant Supervisor

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily plant and production activities.
Manage and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
Monitor production targets, productivity, and output.
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Maintain discipline and safety standards within the plant.
Ensure production is carried out according to quality standards and SOPs.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and HR departments.
Monitor raw material and packaging material availability.
Maintain daily production reports and other required records.
Identify production issues and take corrective actions.




Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices.
Train and guide workers on safety, quality, and work procedures.
Report daily production status and operational issues to management.

Qualification
ITI / Diploma / Graduate in relevant field.
Previous experience in a manufacturing/production plant is preferred.
Experience in the cosmetics, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage.

Required Skills:
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
