Requirements:
Vendor Management: Developing, evaluating, and auditing suppliers, including maintaining solid relationships.
Negotiation Skills: Expert in negotiating pricing, and payment terms.
Inventory Control: Developing inventory strategies and managing lead times to ensure uninterrupted production.
Cost Optimization: Implementing cost control measures, conducting spend analysis, and securing savings.
Regular followup with vendors and receive updates, and take steps accordingly. Transfer updates of procurement to the higher authority and discuss with them.
Duties are not limited to this. Perform other duties as required on daily basis.
