Job Description:
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the recruitment process for technical positions.

Prepare offer-related documents and coordinate with internal teams.

Generate recruitment reports and maintain hiring trackers.

Support recruiters with sourcing coordination and administrative activities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

13 years of experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition support.

Experience coordinating technical recruitment is preferred.

Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and recruitment tools/ATS.

Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced setting.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
