Key Responsibilities:
Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on project requirements.
Identify, document, and track bugs using tools such as Jira, Trello etc.
Conduct Smoke Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, UI/UX Testing, Compatibility Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Coordinate with developers, Business Analysts, and UI/UX Designers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Monitor project timelines, task progress, and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Assist in requirement analysis, change request management, and project documentation.
Maintain testing documentation, release notes, and project reports.
Support production deployment and perform post-release validation.

Skills & Requirements:




Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tech field.
Valuable understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Experience in preparing test cases, bug reports, test plans, and test execution reports.
Hands-on experience with Jira, ClickUp, Trello or similar project management tools.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and sprint planning.
Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman is an added advantage.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, or Gemini, for documentation and productivity is a plus.
