Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet targets.
Implement productive production processes and improve operational workflows.
Manage workforce allocation, productivity, and performance.
Ensure optimal utilization of machinery, including CNC equipment.
Monitor quality control standards and minimize defects/wastage.
Maintain production schedules and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with procurement, design, and dispatch teams.




Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and maintenance protocols.
Prepare production reports and performance metrics.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in production/factory management.
Strong knowledge of management tools like Kaizen, Six Sigma, Kanban and 5S.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflow optimization.
Experience in managing teams and improving productivity.
Familiarity with CNC-based or automated production settings is a plus.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment.
