Position: BIM Engineer (Civil)

Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 4 Years in Construction/Real Estate Industry

Key Requirements:
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and ERP Systems.
Robust knowledge of BIM modeling, coordination, and quantity take-off.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawings.
Sound understanding of construction stages, methodologies, and site execution processes.Robust command over engineering calculations, formulas, measurements, and quantity estimation.
Experience in preparing and managing BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordination with project, design, and site teams for model updates and issue resolution.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
