Hiring: Telecalling / Customer Relationship - Saar Living

Saar Living is a growing home, outdoor and event décor brand dealing in products like garden umbrellas, LED candles, wireless lamps, gazebo tents, mist fans and décor essentials. We are looking for a confident Telecalling Executivewho can handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, lead management and daily client coordination.

Responsibilities
Handle incoming enquiries from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, IndiaMART, website and other platforms.
Call current leads and understand customer requirements properly.
Share product details, catalogues, pricing and basic information with customers.
Update lead status, customer details and follow-up remarks in Software/Excel.
Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, product availability and order confirmation.
Follow up for pending quotations, payments,



dispatch details and customer responses.
Build good customer relationships through polite and skilled communication.

Skills Required:
Ability to understand customer requirements and explain product details clearly.
Experience in telecalling, CRM, customer support, sales support or lead management will be preferred.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-growing startup setting.
Experience of 1 year in telecalling, CRM, customer support or sales coordination will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
