Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
Conduct in-depth prospect research and identify target accounts.
Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) across industries and market segments.
Build and maintain high-quality lead databases using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Clay.
Perform advanced Boolean searches to identify decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Outreach & Engagement
Follow structured follow-up sequences to maximize response and conversion rates.
Customize messaging based on account research and prospect pain points.
Qualification & Appointment Setting
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs and challenges.
Handle objections professionally and effectively.
Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executive or Sales Team.
Ensure CRM data integrity and reporting accuracy.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
Monitor outreach performance and sales development metrics.
Generate activity reports and pipeline updates.
Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for meetings booked and prospects generated.
