We are looking for a Strategic Executive Assistant to work closely with MD and support them in strategic planning, decision-making, execution, and business coordination.

Age:
23 to 35 years Only.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Schedule, organize, and follow up on internal and external meetings.
Prepare professional presentations, reports, and business documents.
Maintain records, files, and confidential documents.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments efficiently.
Assist with travel arrangements, event coordination, and logistics when required.
Take meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.

Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline with a solid academic record (good percentage).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong proficiency in English.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.




Skilled in creating skilled presentations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
Quick learner with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Must be willing and able to commute or relocate to the office location.
Versatile to work as per business requirements.

Preferred Skills
Experience in calendar management and meeting coordination.
Strong follow-up and execution skills.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and virtual meeting platforms (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to take ownership of tasks.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per m
