Key Responsibilities:
Verifying the Insurance Details.
Inquiring about the policy benefit information as well as past history with the insurance policy holder.

Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Undergraduate / Graduate or equivalent.
Basic understanding of insurance sector (training will be provided).
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
Confident in verbal and written English.
Proficiency in using computers and basic software tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.
