Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Backend Operations
Process, verify, and maintain operational records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Update and manage databases with accuracy.
Support daily operational activities and reporting.

Data Entry




Enter and update data in company systems and spreadsheets.
Verify information for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
Generate reports and assist with documentation tasks.

Eligibility Criteria
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory).
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Graduation preferred; freshers are welcome to apply.
