Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed interior fit-out shop drawings and construction drawings.
Develop joinery, millwork, partition, reflected ceiling plan (RCP), flooring, and finishing details.
Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Prepare as-built drawings and site revisions.
Review design drawings and convert them into construction-ready drawings.
Ensure drawings comply with UAE project requirements and standards.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors.
Assist in quantity take-offs and material coordination when required.
Maintain drawing registers and document control procedures.

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out Contracting Companies.




Robust proficiency in AutoCAD.
Experience in preparing detailed fit-out and joinery shop drawings.
Knowledge of UAE fit-out construction standards and site practices.
Ability to interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and coordination skills.
Immediate availability is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, office, and residential fit-out projects.
Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other drafting/modeling software is an advantage.
Experience working with leading UAE fit-out contractors.
