The position
As a Specialist - Enterprise Patch Management Services, you will play a critical role in maintaining the security posture and operational stability of Novo Nordisk's global IT landscape. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing end-to-end patch management activities across clients, servers, databases, and enterprise platforms, ensuring timely remediation of security vulnerabilities.




Collaborating closely with the Vulnerability Management Office (VMO), IT Security, Compliance teams, Service Managers, and technology owners to align remediation priorities and risk mitigation plans.
Supporting the Patch Management Service Manager in reviewing monthly Microsoft patch releases, documenting deployment decisions, and tracking implementation progress.
Coordinating urgent and ad-hoc patching activities with vendors, infrastructure teams, and service owners to address critical security risks.
Driving and monitoring patch deployment activities executed by operations vendors, ensuring timely execution, quality, and closure of patching activities.
Monitoring service performance, patch compliance levels, vulnerability trends, and remediation progress, identifying prospects for continuous improvement.
