Flexsin Technologies is seeking a self motivated individual having hands-on experience managing and configuring MikroTik, and Cisco network devices.
The Core Requirement is proven hands-on experience with MikroTik network devices and an experience with Cisco network devices will be a plus.

Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless network infrastructure using MikroTik, Juniper, and Cisco equipment.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routing, switching, and firewall solutions to ensure optimal network performance.
Implement and manage network automation and configuration management processes using Ansible and Terraform.:
Collaborate with systems, cloud, and security teams to ensure seamless network integration with business-critical services.
Maintain and update network documentation, diagrams, and configuration baselines.
Perform capacity planning and network performance analysis to support business growth and scalability.
Ensure compliance with security policies,



best practices, and regulatory requirements.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Proven expertise in MikroTik RouterOSStrong hands-on experience with Cisco ASA firewalls
Solid knowledge of Azure cloud networking
Experience with Ansible and Terraform:
Solid understanding of:
Routing protocols
Network security principles
VPN technologies
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and documentation abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in hybrid (on-prem + cloud) network environments
Azure networking certifications (AZ-700 or similar)Experience supporting production enterprise networks

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
