Key Responsibilities
Manage daily salon operations and staff scheduling
Lead, motivate, and support hairstylists, estheticians, and reception team
Build solid client relationships and resolve customer concerns
Plan and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain clients
Maintain salon hygiene, inventory, and financial records
Drive sales targets and improve overall salon performance

Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in salon/beauty industry management
Strong leadership, communication,



and organizational skills
Knowledge of current beauty industry trends and salon software
Sales-driven mindset with customer-focused approach
Versatile to work evenings and weekends
