Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, snacks, and light meals according to company standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and resolving customer concerns professionally.
Ensure food and beverage quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained.
Support the Café Manager in supervising daily café operations and coordinating staff during shifts.
Train, mentor, and guide current and junior café staff on service standards and operating procedures.
Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and report shortages or wastage.
Operate the POS system, process payments, and handle cash accurately.
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards in all café areas.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Assist with opening and closing duties, including equipment checks and end-of-day reconciliation.
Promote menu items and upsell products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
