We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our franchise sales operations, build a high-performing sales team, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the franchise sales team.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Generate, qualify, and convert franchise leads.
Conduct meetings and presentations with potential franchise partners.
Build long-term relationships with investors and business associates.
Monitor daily sales performance and prepare MIS reports.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
Train, mentor, and motivate sales executives.
Ensure smooth lead management through CRM.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.12 per month
