Job description:
Supervise daily restaurant service operations and ensure smooth floor functioning.
Brief service staff before shifts regarding menu highlights, specials, and service standards.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and readiness of the restaurant.
Greet guests, take orders when required, and ensure timely and accurate service.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly in a qualified manner.
Coordinate with the kitchen for smooth order flow and service timing.
Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and attendance.
Assist in upselling food and beverage items to enhance guest experience and revenue.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service SOPs.
Train and guide stewards and trainees on service procedures.
Maintain service records, checklists, and shift reports as required.
