Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and well-presented.
Respond to customer requests and resolve concerns promptly.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure timely service.
Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
Process bills and handle payments, if required.
Assist with opening and closing duties.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, food service, or hospitality is an advantage but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Positive attitude and solid customer service orientation.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate items.
Ability to work adaptable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Team player with a professional appearance and work ethic.
