Job Overview_
Key Responsibilities_
Site Execution: Handle day-to-day on-site operations and ensure work is completed as per technical specifications.
Technical Operations: Proficiently handle Auto Level instruments and accurately interpret structural/architectural drawings.
Documentation & Billing: Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and handle Joint Measurements. Responsible for accurate Bill Preparation and submission.
Planning & Estimation: Manage project planning and material estimation to ensure cost-efficiency and timely completion.
Management: Efficiently manage labor teams on-site and maintain high productivity.
Client Coordination: Deal with clients professionally,



providing project updates and handling requirements effectively.
Required Qualifications & Skills_
Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of solid on-field experience.
Relocation: Must be willing to reside in Dahej (mandatory).
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of BBS, Estimation, and Site Execution.
Communication: Ability to handle clients and manage laborers effectively.
