Key Responsibilities:
Drive overall recruitment business growth and profitability
Build and manage key client relationships
Develop hiring strategies for large-scale recruitment projects
Lead recruitment, sales, and operations teams
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Ensure achievement of revenue, closure, and client retention targets
Create scalable recruitment processes and delivery frameworks

Requirements:




5+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition leadership
Robust understanding of business development and client management
Proven track record of team leadership and revenue generation
Excellent stakeholder management and strategic planning skills
