Folks, I am looking for a HR Trainee for one of my clients who runs his Polymer factory at Erode with 170 employees, registered under MSME.

The Individual should have a MBA graduation in HR stream.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance data, and HR documentation.
Support induction and orientation programs for current joiners.
Assist in payroll inputs, leave tracking, and HR compliance documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Help prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS.
Handle employee queries and provide HR administrative support.
Assist HR team in day-to-day operational tasks and special projects.

Should be conversant in Tamil. Knowledge in spoken Hindi will be an advantage.
