Job Summary

We are looking for Customer Service Executives to assist customers after purchase, including activation assistance, customer queries, follow-up calls, and ensuring smooth onboarding of customers.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with activation guidance and onboarding support
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain customer records and notes in CRM
Coordinate with sales and technical support teams when required
Maintain high customer satisfaction standards

Required Skills:
Valuable English communication skills
Customer handling and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work night shift (US time zone)
