Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the girls' hostel on a daily basis.
Ensure the safety, security, and welfare of all students.
Maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules and regulations.
Monitor student attendance, entry/exit timings, and leave records.
Address student concerns and provide guidance when required.
Coordinate with parents and school/college management regarding student welfare.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel facilities.
Supervise housekeeping, kitchen, and support staff.
Arrange medical assistance during emergencies and maintain health records.
Conduct regular room inspections.
Maintain hostel registers, inventories, visitor logs, and incident reports.
Organize hostel meetings and promote a positive living workplace.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and safety standards.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
