HVAC Asst Service Manager: (Experience: +10Years)

Qualifications: BE/B. Tech/Diploma (Elect preferred)
Bachelor/Diploma in Engineering Degree (B.E/B. Tech in Electrical Stream)
Deep Knowledge on HVAC/MEP installation and Execution.
Understanding HVAC Sales/Project/Service/AMC/Warranty processes and its documentations
Management and leadership capabilities
AMC Management
Warrant Management
Tracking completion of the HVAC orders execution asper the PO/Contract
Tracking invoicing/payment receipts against the orders as per the PO terms
Material delivery to the sites/locations as per the schedule
Close Laison with customer and internal departments for project requirements
Proficient in MS Office (word, Excell and ppt)
Robust communication skills
Managing/Allotting the team schedules for project execution.
Project documentation and submission as per requirements.
Any other related tasks recommended by the team leader from time to time.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
