Roles & Responsibilities:
Configure and set up laptops/systems for current joiners.
Manage IT asset handover and collection during employee onboarding and exit processes.
Handle, troubleshoot, and close user support tickets within defined timelines.
Perform basic to intermediate troubleshooting of hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Coordinate with vendors for complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
Provide end-user support for system, network, and IT infrastructure-related issues.
Escalate unresolved issues as required and follow up to ensure closure.

Required Skills:
Basic understanding of networking concepts, hardware, and operating systems.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage support tickets and prioritize tasks effectively.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Experience in IT support, system configuration, and vendor coordination will be preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
