Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain customer data and CRM records.
Follow up with existing and potential customers regularly.
Track leads, enquiries, sales opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer requirements.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and communications.
Monitor customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
Generate CRM reports related to leads, follow-ups, sales, and customer status.
Identify opportunities for repeat business and customer retention.
Ensure timely and qualified communication with customers.
Support the sales team with customer information and follow-up activities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
