Key Responsibilities
Lead the Sends Team, setting clear priorities and maintaining high standards of output
Quality-check campaign builds before they go live
Analyse send performance (open rates, click-through, conversion, revenue) and use insights to continuously improve results
Work closely with UK-based stakeholders, delivering accurately to briefs and flagging issues proactively
Report on team output and campaign performance to senior stakeholders

What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing people or leading a team
Strong commercial acumen — you make decisions with the customer and the numbers in mind
Excellent communication skills
Highly analytical, comfortable turning campaign data into action
Proficient in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, data manipulation)




Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
Able to juggle multiple tasks in a quick-paced, deadline-driven setting

Nice to Have
Proficient in SQL

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
