Position: A.P.O/HR Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
Issue HR letters (Appointment, Confirmation, Promotion, Experience, etc.).
Support PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate employee engagement and training activities.
Handle employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.
Prepare HR reports and MIS.
Qualification:
Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
Experience:
6months to 1 years experience are required in same domain.
