Job Title: Tender Executive

Job Summary

The Tender Executive is responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining tender documentation, and ensuring timely compliance with government and private procurement requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Search and monitor Government and Private Tender Portals (CPPP, eProcurement, CPWD ,PWD, Railways all central government portals.).
Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements.
Prepare, compile, and submit tender bids within deadlines.
Coordinate with internal departments for technical, commercial, and legal documentation.
Prepare quotations, costing, compliance statements, and bid documents.
Manage EMD, Tender Fees, Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG), and related documentation.
Maintain records of submitted, awarded, and pending tenders.
Track tender status, clarifications, amendments, and results.
Liaise with clients, government departments, and vendors regarding tender-related matters.




Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contractual requirements.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.
5+ years of experience in tendering, bid management, or procurement.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of CPPP, and e-Tendering portals.
Knowledge for construction Work related tenders.
Robust documentation and analytical skills.
Positive communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under deadlines with high accuracy.
Understanding of commercial terms, contracts, and procurement procedures is an advantage.

Preferred Knowledge
Bid preparation and contract documentation.
Vendor registration Tender searching & scrutinization
