Positive understanding of the Indian IT recruitment market.
Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
Good knowledge of IT technologies such as Java,.NET, Python, Angular, React, QA, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, Data Engineering, etc.
Valuable negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment workplace
