Role Objective

Conduct in-clinic consultations, build trust with clients, recommend treatment plans, and drive revenue through consultations, follow-ups, package sales, renewals, and client retention.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients in a dedicated consultation cabin.
Understand skin concerns, goals, and treatment expectations.
Explain treatment plans, pricing, timelines, and expected outcomes.
Convert consultations into package sales.
Follow up with pending consultations, no-shows, and interested prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM.
Re-engage inactive clients and generate repeat business.
Cross-sell and upsell treatments and skincare products.
Maintain consultation records and follow-up notes in CRM.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and reception for seamless patient experience.
Achieve monthly revenue, conversion, and collection targets.

Requirements:
2+ years experience in consultation sales, clinic counselling, luxury retail, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, or relationship management.
Excellent communication, objection handling, and closing skills.
Comfortable with face-to-face consultations as well as telephonic follow-ups.
Strong ownership of revenue targets.

Salary: Fixed + Attractive Incentives + Growth Prospects

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
