We specialize in Hair Regrowth, Hair Transplant, PRP/GFC Therapy, Clinical Dermatology, Laser Treatments, and Anti-Aging solutions, delivering world-class patient care through advanced technology and expert medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Drive branch sales, operations, and client counseling.
Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve monthly targets.
Oversee daily branch operations, staff rosters, and discipline.
Ensure exceptional patient experience and service quality.
Coordinate with Admin & Operations for smooth branch functioning.
Monitor doctor and therapist performance.
Plan branch-level promotional activities and events.
Follow up on leads, unconverted walk-ins,



referrals, and rebookings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Requirements:
Graduate with minimum 3+ years of experience in Branch/Center Management.
Robust leadership, sales, and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
Experience in Healthcare, Aesthetic, Wellness, or Retail industry is preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
