About the Prospect

Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential customers through outbound calls.
Present and explain the company's products and services.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Record customer interactions and update the CRM/database.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support.
Achieve individual calling and sales targets.




Minimum 12th Pass.
6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, or Customer Support.
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Immediate joiners will be an added advantage.
