About the Job

The Wellness Shop is a rapidly growing D2C beauty and wellness company providing high-quality skincare solutions to customers across India. We are currently hiring enthusiastic and confident Business Development Executives who can connect with customers, generate business prospects, and help build robust, long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Connect with prospective and existing customers through outbound calls to introduce and promote skincare products.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations to drive sales.
Follow up with interested leads, customer queries, and incomplete or abandoned purchases.
Maintain accurate customer interaction details and update information in the CRM system.
Generate leads, build customer relationships, and contribute towards achieving business growth targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
