Key Responsibilities
Welcome children, parents, and visitors warmly and professionally.
Manage front-desk operations and maintain a welcoming reception workplace.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, enquiries, and appointment requests.
Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate appointments with therapists and psychologists.
Maintain accurate records of appointments, attendance, payments, and patient information.
Coordinate with therapists regarding daily schedules and session availability.
Follow up with parents regarding appointments, missed sessions, assessments, and pending requirements.
Explain basic information about the center’s services and guide parents to the appropriate professional.
Handle billing, receipts, payments, and basic cash/UPI reconciliation.
Maintain confidentiality of children’s and families’ information.
Coordinate parent communication and ensure concerns are directed to the appropriate team member.
Support the Center Head with day-to-day administrative activities.
Maintain cleanliness, organization,



and discipline at the reception area.
Assist with events, parent workshops, screening camps, and other center activities.
Maintain a qualified and child-friendly atmosphere at all times.
Friendly, empathetic, and comfortable interacting with children and parents.
Excellent in spoken English and Hindi.
Confident in handling phone calls and face-to-face conversations.
Well organized and capable of multitasking.
Good at maintaining records and following processes.
Patient and calm while handling parents’ questions or concerns.
Presentable and qualified.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
