About this Role:




What you’ll do:
Manage Order and Service Management ticket triaging and resolution
Handle high-priority incidents (P1/P2) and ensure timely restoration of services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain service continuity
Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
Monitor system performance and proactively identify recurring technical issues
Work in a 24x7 support model to ensure uninterrupted service delivery

Who you are:
An individual with at least 3 years of experience in Order Service Management
Familiar with telecom and IT service processes
Skilled in Unix/Linux and capable of writing shell scripts
Proficient in SQL with robust database query-writing skills
Knowledgeable in WebLogic and ticketing tools such as Remedy
Familiar with ITIL frameworks and operational processes
Comfortable engaging stakeholders and resolving recurrin
