Coding Club is hiring on behalf of one of our clients for a Senior Data Analyst. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Bangalore for professionals passionate about transforming data into actionable business insights and driving data-driven decision-making.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to support business strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build dashboards, automate reporting processes, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations that improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
Build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines for reporting and analytics.
Perform data validation, cleansing,



and quality assurance.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Business teams to understand analytical requirements.
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and visualizations.
Design and maintain KPIs and business performance metrics.
Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to analytics best practices.

Required Skills:
4+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
Solid proficiency in SQL with experience in MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas).
Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) or R for data analysis.
Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
Experience working with large datasets.
