Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Fixed Off)

Position: Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers, including restaurants, cafés, bakeries, hotels, and cloud kitchens.
Introduce and explain Tanwar Ovens products and their unique features.
Understand customer requirements and identify business prospects.
Generate qualified leads and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.
Maintain records of calls, leads,



and customer interactions.
Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
