Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Follow up on sales inquiries received through various sources.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Schedule appointments and meetings for sales representatives.
Maintain customer databases and update call records in Excel.
Follow up with client for recent orders & annual maintenance contract.
Coordinate with the sales teams regarding customer requirements.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
