Prepare safety cost calculations and EHS documents as required for RFQ and tender submissions.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, customer HSE teams, and PMC teams for smooth project execution.
Follow up with customer HSE teams and PMC for timely review and approval of safety documents.
Participate in customer-led safety trainings and conduct HSE trainings for site teams.
Drive zero-incident safety performance at project sites through regular monitoring and coordination.
Support the development of safety compliance vendors to provide qualified safety engineers/officers for project sites.
Ensure availability and accuracy of all site safety records, compliance documents, and training records.
Act as a key coordination point between site teams, customers, vendors, and the HSE Lead India.
