Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual primary & secondary sales targets.
Drive revenue growth and increase market share within the assigned territory.
Improve product-wise sales and profitability.
Ensure timely collections and outstanding payment control.

Distribution Expansion
Appoint new Super Stockists and Distributors in potential markets.
Strengthen and manage the existing distribution network.
Ensure optimum stock availability and market servicing.
Increase retail reach and market penetration.

Market Coverage
Expand product availability across:
General Trade (GT)
Contemporary Trade (MT)
Supermarkets
Chemists
Hardware Stores
Institutions
Conduct regular market visits and retailer meetings.
Identify new business prospects and untapped markets.

Team Management
Recruit, train, mentor,



and motivate Sales Officers and Sales Executives.
Conduct joint field working and performance reviews.
Drive productivity and ensure achievement of individual sales targets.

Brand Development
Execute promotional activities and retailer engagement programs.
Ensure proper implementation of schemes and trade offers.
Maintain effective POSM visibility in the market.

Reporting & Market Intelligence
Submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales Reports.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, recent product launches, and market trends.
Provide actionable market feedback to the management team.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory sales plans.
Expand Mikado's distribution network.
Build long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional customers.
